Before you book...
Before you book, let me explain what you can expect from us. Our services are provided by specialized teams led by knowledgeable team leaders. Before your first appointment with us, either the team leader assigned to you or our owner will contact you to go over what gardening goals you have, and what exactly you want to be done. During this time we will go over your preferred method of payment, and if you would want us to talk to you in person before we begin or when giving you your invoice. On the day of your appointment, our team will show up and start our work and will continue working until either we have finished, or until the end of the time you have booked. After we have finished working today your team leader with write up an invoice for you and go over what we were able to complete. Our price is dependent on how long we work and how many workers are present. The hourly rate listed in our services description is the amount charged if all team members are working for the full hour. We accept cash, cheque, or direct deposit as payment. If you become a returning client our team leaders will record or remember your preferences, goals, and what we have already done to make future appointments smoother. Cancelations by clients must occur 24 hours before the appointment starts time. Since our services are weather-dependent, appointments may be postponed if there is heavy rainfall, hail, or thunderstorm. Team leaders will notify you if postponing is nessisary or if wehad to leave early because of the weather and will prioritize rescheduling your appointment as soon as possible.

It should also be noted that to provide a safe working space for our team any abusive language or behavior toward our team will not be tolerated and appointments and service can be denied as a result of such behavior.
